You charged me £10.99 instead of £1 for the first month

I saw that you were doing £1 for the first month and then £10.99 after for rejoining so I flowered the instructions and the you charged £10.99 straight away. I've got my new Xbox series X coming today from amazon but I'm having second thought about getting it

Thanks for the reply. It says on the xbox site 3 months of ultimate for £1. I’m still being charged £10.99 for the first month.

Thank you. When checking subscriptions, it says £10.99 every month, next charge 13th August. I'm assuming this means I will be charged the full £10.99.

Hi, that's where I started. It just wants to charge me 10.99 per month with no acknowledgement of the 35 months of gold.
