    First, I was playing for a good portion of the day on Xbox. I went to take a break. I logged out of the realm and the message blocked out the realms. When I click the get help button, it brings me to a page about having a child's account and how to change
    settings.

    Second, I went through all the settings and everything is Allow. Nothing is denied. I checked online, through the Xbox as well. I even tried changing it back to a stricter setting and then customizing it again, but nothing.

    I can play with the exact same account on any other device. I can login to this same Xbox account on the PC, Switch and my phone. The realm loads fine.

    I reset the Xbox, deleted and reloaded my account on it, I have reset the internet, hard reset the xbox, etc. The error is still there and all the fixes I have seen online do not work or do not apply. I am 100% sure all my settings are allow, but the error
    says it's a privacy setting issue.

    Any suggestions?

    Minecraft on xbox one can't play realms no matter what I do

    My microsoft account is not a child account but it still has the same "error message" when I sign in with a child account. (I'm saying error message as in "you cannot play realms because of how your microsoft account

    so problem fixed, AFTER I gave up and did a full system reset, during the setup it FINALLY informed me my gamepass had expired. WHY can't it say you can't play online due to xbox live expired instead of can't play because parental controlls?????

    Can't do anything with Minecraft Realm.

    It says

    "You cannot play <on Realms> or <online multiplayer> because of how your microsoft account is set up. Please ensure your online safety settings allow Multiplayer and Clubs. See instructions for changing these settings at aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp"

    I have clicked the submit button, and aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp does not work.

    I've been playing on my Realm for months now, but today, for no reason, i cannot log into live services. "You cannot play on Realms because of how your Microsoft Account is set up".

    I've gone to the recommended Privacy and Online Safety section of Microsoft online. All the settings are FINE. I am not a child. I am 40 years old and have never been part of a family account setup. Yet I cannot change my account settings like I'm some child.
    why?
    Yea its probably just a bug or something or maybe you're settings
