    I have tried to redeem a code which I received from Gears of War 4 which allows you to download all 4 original games. Gears 2 redeems fine but if I try to redeem Gears 3 I get "you cannot acquire this item in your current selected language". What should
    I do?

    I'm trying to redeem a code purchased in Amazon of Red Dead Redemption, but i'm getting this messaged "You can't acquire this item in your current selected language", any help? I always redeem my gift cards bought in Amazon with no problem, why all the sudden
    i'll need to change my location?

    Codes for Gears of War 1 and 3 not working

    Hi,

    I got codes for the Gears of war 4 bundle. Can only get 2 and judgement day.

    for GoW 1 and 3 the system keeps telling me "you cannot acquire this item in your current selected language"

    Reset my console, changed setting, changed languages, countries, tired VPN, DNS, Xbox.com, Xbox App, etc.

    Nothing works!

    Please help

    Changing language/region to English USA did not help. The message was the same: "you can't acquire this item in your currently selected language".

    Hi there,

    be sure that the language selected on your console is the 'required' language. Also keep in mind that purchasing content from outside your physical location or your account region can result in issues like this.

    Since it's an 360 game it might be caused by a difference in your account region and the code region itself.

    If changing the language on the console (Xbox One) doesn't help then I suggest contacting Xbox Support by Phone or Microsoft Support Chat to see if they can determine the actual cause for this issue and perhaps they have a solution too.
