Can you please reset your account password as well? Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/security and then try playing your game again.

yes, you can only play one game at a time, and it install one content at a time but you can put multiple games in the queue to install them.

Some games allow to arrange the keys or layouts, that could make them playable with one hand (depending the game).

I have been playing one called Gris (is a platform game), is a calm game with a very simple concepts, just jump from here to there most of the time and resolve minor puzzles, it may not be for the taste of everyone but it can definitely be played using one
hand, is the only one that comes to my mind right now.

Also the adaptive control could an option for playing.

Mate had a motorbike accident and lost the use if one arm. So need to try and figure out what we can play these days.
