You can no longer see anyone's Bio in their profile

If you go to someone's profile, or your public profile, it does not display their Bio description. The profile is completely blank.

Xbox bio

You can do bio on the Xbox console just press the guide button go a long to profile scroll down to edit profile and at the there you should see bio

 

Can't See Anyone's Bio Or Location

Hello,

For the past few days I've been unable to view anyone's bio's or see their location. The thing is I know my friends have viewable bio's and location's, I've not changed my settings and the view other peoples profiles is set to Everyone. I've tried redownloading
my account, hard resetting my Xbox, changing my settings back and forth, etc. Still doesn't work.

I'd like to know how to fix this because its pretty annoying. My girlfriend made a bio for me on her account and I'm unable to see it, she's checked her settings multiple times and sent me pictures of it all on the Everyone option.

If you are trying to view a profile on an Xbox One console and you can't display the profile correctly an you please try restarting the console by pressing the Xbox button on the controller to bring up the guide then select the System tab on the right and
use the option to restart the console and this will hopefully correct the issue.

If you are trying to view the profile using a browser can you first pressing Ctrl F5 to fully refresh the internet page, If this did not work can you next try clearing your browser history including cache information. And hopefully you will now be able to
view the full profile.
