    When viewing this page - Xbox Quests | Welcome

    It shows I'm not eligible because my membership is expired, but I am currently subbed until January and I can't check my progress.

    The Xbox live progress is fine

    so i was trying to look at my xbox quests progress and it came up with this message: You are no longer eligible as your membership has expired.

    No Longer Eligible Because Your Membership Expired

    I went to check the status of last weeks quests and then see what was next. Now it says that my membership expired and I'm no longer eligible. It didn't.

    I had the same issue yesterday, it appears they have now fixed that. Go ahead and check those sites again for your status, should show as "Get Started" on the quests.

    If you had Ultimate previously, it's quite possible the promotional price is only for new subscribers, or those whose subscriptions have been expired for an extended period of time. So you may not be eligible for the price if your membership just expired.

    Can you please confirm if you are still a gold subscriber? Because if your gold membership has expired this will prevent you from accessing Xbox One games with gold games.

    games with gold games are free to download but if your gold membership expires they will not load and it will require you to re subscribe.
