Thanksfor coming to the forums. In regard to the changes being made in the Russian region concerning Xbox and account currency, due to evolving business practices, products will be priced in US dollars henceforth. As
any Microsoft account credit purchased in Rubles is left as a balance on your account, the balances would be in Rubles and this cannot be used to purchase products priced in US dollars.

In regard to lost money, your balance will remain in your account but the Rubles will be converted automatically to US dollars and can be used to purchase Xbox One games. This is because the Xbox One games in the Microsoft Store are being converted
to US dollar prices. The only section that will be different (for now) is the 360 Marketplace (a different, older area separate from the Microsoft Store) which will remain in Rubles while we effect the changes to that area over the coming weeks. Essentially,
the current changes will not stop you from buying Xbox One games for the Xbox One platform using your Microsoft Account balance that you loaded with pre-paid cards.

To address the subscription issue, existing subscriptions will continue to work until they expire and if you have auto-renewal turned on, then it will renew under your same payment terms as originally purchased. This means they will continue
to be billed on their normal renewal schedule in Rubles. If your subscription expires, or is expired, then you must purchase a new subscription from a local retailer. Sadly, they will no longer be available for purchase via the website.
