You are charging me incorrectly. Please give me a call. It's urgent. The normal system for a call is not working. Field name and subname is blocked.

Please send a brazilian portuguese speaker for a call

If you charge the controller on a PC USB port, the Battery could Explode, if left charging for too long or charged incorrectly & also damages the Logic Board in the process...

Charging me twice

It isn't showing up in my download history either if you look at the profile it says i have played re4 like a week ago and it isn't registering that i bought it before

Sorry to hear about the issue. Be sure that the information on your
Microsoft Commerce account is fully updated, including a billing address. You should not need to add a payment method but having that information updated should allow you to use the chat services.

Unfortunately there's nothing anyone on the forums can do.

You would need to contact support
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us as they are the only ones with access to your billing info etc. & can issue refunds.

I would reach out to MS Customer Support in regards to this. It is possible your Gold lapsed, but they could tell you for sure and correct the issue if you were incorrectly charged.

You should work for Microsoft support...Microsoft's system should be able to tell the difference between a partial refund and a chargeback. I did not report the charge as fraudulent, I requested a partial refund due to incorrectly charged tax and was refunded
$2.70, not the entire purchase price.
