Yet to recieve % back

Hi, I have been a one star gold vip since november 2016, and have yet to recieve my 2% back on purchases, notably For Honor Gold Edition (bought in feb ) and AC Syndicate bought last week....the myRewards hasnt moved since i did a survey in janurary and
the only noticable change in my account is it says that i am now %6 to my next star

Waiting too long for preorder exclusives @ the Microsoft Store?

I have recieved the game Gears of War Judgment but have yet to recieve the exclusive content in which you are supposed to recieve with the game.

Your purchase of AC Syndicate will not be calculated until the end of April and dispersed around the middle of May as MyVip is calculated once monthly. A staff member will have to review your account and reply, but it's possible your For Honor purchase either
went to the games on demand pre-order promotion (if you pre-ordered) OR there was also a promotion shortly after For Honor launch which means your purchase may have gone toward that. Purchases can only apply toward 1 promotion at a time and
pre-orders are not eligible for MyVip.

For the For Honor purchase the staff will review and reply. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since your purchase of For Honor was a pre-order, it did not qualify for MyVIP. The same applies to your Assassin's Creed IV consumable purchase. Your Assassin's Creed IV add-on purchase was eligible for MyVIP, but was beneath the required amount for payback
(we calculate payback for every $10.60 in spending). Also from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending for your Assassin's Creed Syndicate purchase.
