i have spoken to Activision as well as the Xbox team, and they finally referred me here. I have done all the options to troubleshoot this and now I am stuck in a limbo almost. Pls help

Not received my COD Points after 24 hours of pre ordering COD : Infinite Warfare.

Hey there, Bill! When you pre-order Infinite Warfare from us, you need to download the Points from Store. You can do that by following these directions (found

here):

From the Home Screen, navigate to Store and then select
Games.

Select Search games store.

Search for Infinite Warfare.

Locate and select Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare CP Incentive.

Select Download.

Re-launch Call of Duty: Black Ops III after the download is complete.

Please note that it can still take 24 hours after the download is complete to show up in CoD: Black Ops III.

Give that a shot, and let us know if it works! If not, we will want to dig into this a bit further.

Thanks for posting! For pre-ordering Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, you will have access to a 1,000 Call of Duty points, which you can download following the steps below:

From the Home Screen, navigate to Store and then select Games.
Select Search games store.
Search for Infinite Warfare.
Locate and select Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare CP Incentive.
Select Download.
Re-launch Call of Duty: Black Ops III after the download is complete. Your points have been added to your account.

As stated in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's description, you will receive 1,000 Call of Duty points instead of Crypto Keys.

only cod infinite warfare and cod 4 remaster are available on the microsoft store for pc. to use the cod points you would need to login to the game on console and use them, basically get a refund and purchase from within the game
