Yet another "Teredo is unable to qualify" + "Server Connectivity Blocked" post.

You know the drill. Teredo is unable to qualify and Server Connectivity Blocked. I can't play Some games online. I can't connect to Party chat. I've had this issue for more than 3 years and I've finally decided to sit down and fix it, but I remembered how Awful the support options are. What I need is to submit a ticket so a technician can help me fix this.

I already tried with Microsoft Support and I could share my screen and we did an "In-place Upgrade" of my Windows 10. Obviously that didn't work.

I've tried every possible solution with no results. If you're thinking of writing "I'm sorry you have this issue, try the solution in this article" then Stop. What you're going to give me to read, I've already done it. Especially this one https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/connect-network/troubleshoot-party-chat The only thing I haven't tried in that article is Solution 6 because It doesn't tell me what to do.

I tried port forwarding too. These guys:

• Port 88 (UDP)
  
• Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
  
• Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
  
• Port 80 (TCP)
  
• Port 500 (UDP)
  
• Port 3544 (UDP)
  
• Port 4500 (UDP)
  

The only issue I have with port forwarding is that it also asks me for Server IP Address and I have no idea what that is and NO-ONE is telling me. I guess I have to give my PC a static (local) IP and put that there, so that's what I did.
