months of anticipation, scorpio collected, all ok till today then games start crashing and console wont turn off, think im done nearly£600 spent with games ,and as with 360 years back i feel robbed , live chat didnt resolve anything must be a robot as kept
asking me to try things id already said id tried and hadnt worked, sick as chips

Warranty

It's incredibly unlikely MS will have another hardware failure on the level of RROD. I imagine they doubled down on hardware testing, this is coming from a four time victim of RROD.

Hardware failure?

I've got the original xbox elite. I've tried two ethernet cables now, neither works with my xbox but both work with a friend's.

ok just had a good while on forza without issue, if lucks in was some glitch that has cleared, i hope so cause until earlier problems was very pleased with xbx , its a worry but fingers crossed.

But from my understanding is that LAG can only be caused by a drop in your internet connection or maybe your NAT settings are set to strict, if it is your NAT settings maybe take a look at this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-ZA/xbox-one/networking/nat-error-solution,
but if its your net connection then maybe contact your ISP to check if there is an issue with the line.
