    Yet Another Halo Wars Definitive Edition Code Request


    I purchased the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition bundle on Feb 17 SPECIFICALLY because it claimed to include Halo Wars Definitive Edition. I have no access to Halo Wars Definitive Edition. The store page says "available only as part of a bundle" (a bundle that
    I purchased) and the Halo Windows app gives only the option to "Buy Now". Again, I've already purchased the game, I simply have no access to it.

    Some Googling suggests I need a code and that it is sent 7-10 days after purchase through xbox live messenger. Not only is this like the dumbest way to sell a game I've ever seen (and I own several Origin games), but I never received a code.

    I contacted Microsoft chat support and I was directed here for some reason.

    I apologize for how irritated I sound, but to be fair thats how people sound when they don't receive their purchases.
