    Yet another Console Streaming roadblock


    So yeah, I've spent months crawling forum posts and support articles as well as checking back in on the app and my xbox to try getting the console streaming to work, and I haven't made any progress. I know it's annoying to this sub, trust me I've read maybe every issue people have posted about it.

    My current roadblock is on the Android app. I log in with the same Microsoft account as my xbox and when I select console streaming, it tells me to join the Insider program and my only options are Learn More and Sign Out. Let's get the common checklist out of the way:

    Yes I'm in the Insider program. I was for a very very long time but eventually left it as the frequent console updates were sucking up the limited time I had to play. I rejoined the Insider program and installed the hub app about 3 months ago seeking to enable console streaming.

    I'm in the US.

    I'm in the delta ring, as I understand it, all of the Insider rings now have Console Streaming capability.

    I have made sure my power is set to "Instant On" and I have checked the settings box for "Enable Console Streaming"

    I've completed the streaming check successfully.

    I've connected a valid and up-to-date Bluetooth Xbox One controller to my phone.

    I've gone through Xbox Support and of course they knew nothing about console streaming and couldn't even submit a ticket on my behalf (shocker) and I've also used the "Report a Problem" functionality on my Xbox and haven't gotten a response or anything.

    It really seems like the app is having trouble recognizing that my Microsoft account is in the Insider program? I was hoping calling support could have some technical inroad to making sure that flag is set on my account but trying to explain that wasn't productive. I've read so many posts here that just deadend with nobody being able to solve it, or OP disappearing, so does anyone have an idea of how I can progress on this? Or anything that I could still be missing? I know the sub has received a lot of these posts and many receive extremely little interaction (which really sucks as this seems to be the only open option for real support for these things). Really just hoping for some path forward!

    As of yet no. Stopped when I got as far as the no warrenty warning just thought I'd post here as I called originally on the first service request and they put roadblock after roadblock.

    Same here. I've been playing my dynasty on NCAA '11 offline all day. Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition is a great game for $27 bucks if you haven't ever played it. I highly recommend it. I'm probably going to be playing Fallout soon because I can only play
    so many dynasty games on NCAA before it gets old... : - /

    Same problem here, man. I got the message on Friday evening after I got home from work. I don't know what to do. I've been a two year gold member with no previous infractions. I've never modded, glitched, or hacked anything on XBOX LIVE. I've never opened
    my console, either. Just know that you're not the only one and that something is wrong here. I believe it. There are too many people posting the same complaints for it to be anything other than something that is systematically wrong. Maybe an XBOX LIVE enforcer
    went rouge and just started banning consoles. I don't know. Let me know if you find out anything and I'll do the same. Good luck to you.
