Have not recieved my Xbox Rewards Credits yet....

So around March the 24th I had received 10,000 credits on my Xbox Rewards account. And i had read that around the 15th and 30th of every month, They deposit the credits into your account. But when the 30th came i hadnt recieved the
deposit into my account and to this day i still have not received it. If there is any possible way that my credits can be deposited into my account soon then i would very much appreciate it. Thank You!

Xbox Live Rewards not converting my credits into money on the due date

I was advised by customer support to post on the forums about my issue, on my account it states that credits will be converted into currency and deposited into my account on the 15th and 30th of my account however the 30th has passed and i have not received
any money.

There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit for November took place on the 24th. Your credits would be scheduled for the deposit on the 15th.

When credits are deposited is based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next
month. So the credits would not have been added as pending in time for the deposit on the 24th.

I can confirm Smwutches' response. Furthermore, there is a difference between deposited and pending Credits. We cannot deposit directly into your Microsoft account as currency. Your Credits must be first placed into your Rewards Accounts and then deposited
by our deposit process to convert the Credits into currency. As Smwutches says, this operation has not yet occurred, and should take place in the mid month deposit this month.

Well I had made a deposit requests on 3/16 and checked yesterday and STILL haven't received my approximate 11,000 credits as well.
