    Hello. I was banned nearly a decade ago for unknown reasons. Is there any way to have this ban lifted? I really want to get back into xbox after all these years. And pick up an xbox one. But I don't want to use this alternate account. Understandably, I had
    thousands of dollars worth of games and content on the account, not to mention, the account was created in 2002. And I have a huge attachment to it.

    To this day, I have no idea why the account was banned. And I believe whatever the reason, should be contested. I was a very normal, run of the mill player who never cheated or harassed anyone.

    The account in question is [Mod Removed-Personal Information]. I'd do anything to get it back. I just want to play halo again. Like the old days. I haven't gamed in years due to this ban...

    Hey there wiki,

    Sorry to hear you have run into this problem. Now your only options for suspensions are going through the Enforcement Website to submit a case review. Unfortunately you are only able to submit a case review if the enforcement was issued within the last 12
    months.

    Hello,

    Xbox Ambassadors and Microsoft support agents can't help you on the forums with enforcement issues other than to tell you that you will need to log into the Enforcement site to review your account and/or submit a review request:

    I don't know if they will be able to help you out if too much time has gone by since the suspension was issued. If it was a permanent suspension then there may be no alternative for you but to start another account.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately no. Once a permanent ban is issued, it cannot be removed.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and the only way to reach them is through the case review process at https://enforcement.xbox.com/. Any suspension over 12 months old
    cannot be reviewed.
