Year one email.

as the title says haven't received my year one email with all the stats (gamerscore, hours spent, rarest achievement, ect) yet been almost 3 weeks. have had my console since 11/22/13 and registered it same day and used the day one achievement as well same
day. just wondering where the email is. I have been opted in for both the news letter and partner mail and have an email that doesn't let anything bounce would still like the email or a link for the wallpapers and other media thanks

Think they've pretty much said they're not gonna send out any more emails.

No respect for loyal customers.

 

Yeah I guess they were sent out randomly from a post I read somewhere.

 

I had the same issue, but I have been dealing with their Technical support about this and they said to utilise the forum to get assistance.

However I will get back to the support line and see what can be done - if anything. I will let you know if the outcome was successful or not.
