i still didn't received the year one Mail. but i got the limbo game. do anone know what to Do to get the e-mail?

I receive the reward e-mails, but not the marketing e-mails. Does this mean I've missed out on the Year One bonuses? If so I really don't feel this is fair.

 

Never received February promo points.

I never received my 400 points from renewing a one year subscription in February.

I have my account linked to my e-mail and I never received them in an e-mail either.

In order to receive the email you would have had to have been set up to receive marketing emails before November 11 and be over the age of 17.

Assuming you opted in, don't forget to check your SPAM folder or any other e-mail rules you may have. My e-mail ended up in a newsletter folder that I didn't find until a few days later.
