Year one achievement

Good Morning, Afternoon, Or Evening,

I bought the day one Xbox One and received the day one achievement. A year later my friend who also had the day one edition told me he received a year one achievement. I did have to get my Xbox One replaced during that time due to a hardware issue but that
should not have stopped my eligibility to get an achievement should it? Can I please get some help with this?

Hey there, King Eridor! When I check your account on the Xbox One and compare games, I can see the Day One achievement listed beautifully on it still. Getting the replacement console did not affect your achievement, and you are all good to go.

I think your friend was pulling your leg. So far as I know there's not been a year one achievement. Here is a list of all the things that were originally offered as part of the year one celebration.

Hey, King Eridor! onyx62is is correct here. The only achievement that was given out for any sort of "one" was the Day One achievement. He's also got the link there that explains the Year One celebration that we had last year. That should help clear up any
