****, here it is Nov. and I still haven't received my rewards for Sept. I'm ready to see what **** lie you tell me this month on why my points aren't on here. What's the point of this bulshit if y'all can't fix the problem, I mean it's not that hard ****

They're not going to do anything.

I'm in the same boat, no deposites for nearly 18 months now, same response about "internal problem" and the mythical "other team" for over a year, same as everyone else.

They told me that pre orders don't count for my vip which makes absolutely no sense at all, plus my vip rewards level bar told me that i had 66$ until i level up and now they are telling me after buying over a 100$ worth of stuff that i still need to pay
80 dollars for my first star which doesn't make sense at all that my level tells me one thing and then bam it gets randomly changed probably by some noob that started working there and messed everyone account up by accident and then they cover it all up, but
all i'm saying is take screen shots and videos of everything you buy and you're level bar and rewards because if not they will do to you what they did to me. SMH

hey y'all, i just got my replacement today. gotta give props to microsoft for shipping it so fast. if you can, take it back to your store you bought it from and have them place a defective item replacement order. pretty sure microsoft is overnighting them
to the stores because it took 36 hours from the time my gamestop placed the order for the replacement to get to me. very pleased with microsoft customer service experience, best of luck to y'all with getting a working system!!
