Llevo más de un mes esperando un reembolso ya eh hecho varias preguntas sobre este tema y me dijieron que esperara los 5 dias habiles ya lo hice y aún no llega, ya es 1 mes ya que no obtengo el reembolso como tan rápida es la comprar igual de rápido deberia
ser el reembolso.

Acabo de hablar con el equipo de microsoft y estoy esperando la confirmación del reembolso si es posible. En el caso de que no me devuelvan el dinero tendré que tomar medidas legales

mas paciente por la pandemia hay muchas solicitudes de todo tipo y tardan mas en contestar o resolver las distintas solicitudes, me parece que desde pc iniciando sesión en tu cuenta de microsoft puedes solicitar el reembolso sin necesitar de servicio al cliente

si no te da la opción aquí, no queda mas remedio que hablar con el soporte técnico de Microsoft, pues en principio, ya no cumple los requisitos para el reembolso

Tengo el mismo problema,pedi el reembolso y me lo denegaron.

Ahora microsoft lo devuelve a todo el mundo y no puedo pedir el reembolso porque me sale denegado.

Quiero una solucion ya.
