Both of those titles are still listed as In-Progress. No official release date has been announced as far as I can see.

I honestly don't understand why they don't push the top games out first instead of all these random unknown games that barely anyone plays.

Because I think people would rather have the good games in stead of the 'crappy' ones..

But whatever, it's not like anyone would listen at microsoft.

Microsoft is releasing backwards compatibility games as they are ready to be released instead of releasing them at monthly increments.

 

You may have missed the push about a week ago today, Microsoft's library of Xbox 360 games playable on Xbox One continues to grow, as 10 new games have been added to the program. Included in the batch of new releases are The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings,
Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Soulcalibur, and Age of Booty, among others.

Its important to note that there are multiple factors affecting these games. Back in November, Microsoft said it is holding discussions with all major publishers and developers to possibly bring their games to the program. However, the decision about whether
or not a game is added to the lineup ultimately comes down to individual publishers. Even after a publisher agree's the game must be made backwards compatible, and then tested for stability and reliability.
