XSX sent in for repair - tracking says received, but status still says waiting for shipment...?

***UPDATE***

I tried to check on the webpage provided to check on the progress of my Xbox's repair/shipment but unfortunately, the page has not shown a single update since the process of having it repaired began. Not cool....

I took it upon myself to track it via Fedex's tracking number and it has arrived as of Tuesday but now the status lies in the void until I receive some sort of correspondence on the status of the repair progress.

For now, I just wait......

so I got the confirmation email and a shipping number at 6 this morning, but the UPS tracking site still says "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status-- including the scheduled delivery date--
will be updated." Should I be worried or are they still processing orders?

That is correct, you will receive an email with those details

Track the shipment from the service center to you

When we ship your serviced product from our service center, you’ll get an email that includes a tracking number. Use that tracking number to check the shipping status at the carrier’s website, or contact the carrier for information.

Note It can take up to seven days for the shipping status to update on the carrier’s website. If you don’t see any status changes on your shipment after this time, contact Xbox Support.

Very aware of what Sony does...that's in reference to their no hold repair procedure and fast service. The package is sent on Thursday.. considering I was able to track my FedEx shipment starting from the time the label was printed...Ieexpected a similar
procedure....I will shut up and wait

It’s actually 14 to 21 business days for an official repair or replacement from Microsoft, and this does include shipping time. The exact wait time depends on a various number of factors though such as your country/region, the specific model, etc.
