    XSX/S Controllers Keep Randomly Disconnecting


    Both of my XSX/S controllers keep disconnecting randomly and won’t reconnect as the center X button stays on but my controller won’t do anything unless I do a full power shutdown. I’ve replaced the batteries and it’ll only work when plugged in. I’ve already reported this issue via Report a Problem but wanted to know if anyone else is having this same issue.

    I got 2 of the xsx controllers.. they used to disconnect randomly on the xsx.. but it seems like its fixed now. on win10 some games are basically unplayable.. randomly flashes and disconnects.. the older xbox one controllers have no problems at all. does microsoft know of this problem.. it should be pretty widespread.

    Hey there .

    When your controller disconnects, can you visit device driver settings to see if the adapter is still showing? If not, try connecting it to a different USB port to see if there's any change. If you're still getting connection issues, can you try using a different
    controller to see if the same disconnects happen?

    Keep us in the loop with how it goes.
    So this is very strange. As soon as I started this thread, my controller didn't disconnected one randomly.

    If it should happen again, I'll post here again. Thanks for the help anyways ^^
