It could be you need to be part of Microsoft Family account or else, you are having issues with your account. 2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
   
3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
   
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.

6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

I also am unable to log in for Xbox Cloud Gaming. I am using an iPad Pro 2nd Gen, iPadOS 15.7 which indicates as up to date when checked for updates.

For additional troubleshooting context, the exact page that loads when attempting to sign in is "https://www.microsoft.com/library/errorpages/smarterror.aspx?correlationId=" followed by a string that changes each time I attempt to log in. I get this same error page when attempting to log in at Xbox.com from my PC as well.

I also have this error when logging into xbox.com account to access my account. In cases SmartGlass also get an error when I try to log into my profile.

Hi im back when i try to log in into my microsoft minecraft account on feather client it says xsts token obtaining failed what i need to do if i wanna fix this and you can add me on discord for pictures
