XONG Xbox One X Bundle

Hello Guys,

first of all im sorry for my bad English. But I need help. I have this major issue with the game Xong I played thru the whole game and I should get a 100€ discount for Xbox One X Console . I entered the code on amazon and the problem is I only got 50€ discount
. I played several days on this game . Its really a shame that the discount code doesn't work. I have pictures taken which showed that I beat the game. I contacted the support from Germany they were really unfriendly and set some people have this problem but
we can't help. I asked the support service for an update on my email and they just hung up on me. It really bothers me in a way because I had only good experience with microsoft. I hope I can get a solution for this problem.

Xbox one x pubg bundle

Does anyone from Microsoft or the Xbox community know if there will be another release of the Xbox one X PUBG bundle? It came with the Xbox one x pubg and an extra controller, at least through Best Buy that’s what the bundle was.

I would buy a Xbox One X when there is a bundle coming out. Is there an information when a Bundle sale starts.

 

It’s a pity that you had a bad experience with support, but only they can help with this issue. I would contact them again and see if you get a different support agent.

Usually, support agents are very friendly, at least in my experience.
