To clear your system cache, follow these steps:

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
Select Storage.
Highlight but don’t select a storage device, and then press the Y button on your controller for Device Options.
On the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache.
When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

Don't know what else to suggest.That was the only thing I could find about that error code.

Only other thing I can think of is to link his profile to his own account (email address).

His profile is linked to his microsoft account, and mine as a family member. It all looks fine on the accounts, I just can't download his profile to the Xbox console.
