XLR is not helping me. Everything i do does not register. Just little purchases BS...

My name is on xbox live. I am a gold member for the last 6 years. I have recently taken advantage of being a preview member and since then regret doing that every day, and here is why.

Recently I have made Three different purchases Two of them during the event of preorder on Microsofts website or Preordering digital.

Game one in question was Digital Forza Horizon 3 Collectors edition 99.99 plus tax

Game Two in question was Digital Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition 99.99 plus tax

My quick math is 200.00 which on a side note in question is why I did not move up in tier for meeting criteria of games purchased. I should be a 3 star vip member by now with the money spent through this year and always stays around 80.00 even with 200.00
in purchases. I do all my research before buying games so I know what is and is not applicable.

Plus I purchased a preorder from Microsoft store Super Dungeon Bros. for 19.99 and still waiting for my 15,000 rewards credits for any preordered game. I have receive credits before but have not since then.

Maybe This ticket will finally reach someone and this can get successfully acknowledged and completed..

Xbox Live Rewards becoming Microsoft Rewards

I am very sad that Xbox Live Rewards will become Microsoft Rewards in the US. XLR is awesome. MR sucks. I read the email and FAQ but I have one question, currently I get a monthly 10% Xbox Refund Deposit for digital purchase on XLR, will MR do that? Thanks.

this is about the default xbox mic also I can hear people, I can here everything, the mic just does not register my voice

We responded to your post at (I have waited for quite some time for rewards to be deposited in my account. Third Ticket sent...).

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

This information about pre-orders not being eligible for MyVIP is included on our FAQ on (Xbox Live Rewards). As mentioned in your other post, we will adjust your Microsoftstore.com purchase to be properly
