In case anyone is interested in calling the XLCM to try to talk to a human about why some enforcement was brought down on you without really giving you a fair chance to defend yourself. Let's face it Microsoft, the "appeal" process of us defending ourselves
with guesses as to why we just lost years of online presence, or even all of our games, only to receive the actual reason in the response which also completely closed the case.... Well that's absolutely ludicrous... Goes against everything your code is supposed
to stand for. Fair and ethical gaming... Hardly. Anyway, their number is (425) 954-5113. You can leave messages, maybe they will call. Maybe not. At least it's something.

There is no contact phone number for the Xbox Enforcement Team. Your information is incorrect.

Please don't post false/inaccurate information.

The ONLY point of contact for Xbox Live Enforcement is through the case review process.

Case Review is a tool that allows players who have received an enforcement action (for example, an account suspension or forced Gamertag change) to have their enforcement reviewed by a member of the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team. Suspensions are never
issued lightly, but Case Review allows Xbox Live members to interact directly with XBLPET and gain greater understanding of the enforcement and why action was taken. In the very rare event that the review determines thata mistake was made or the enforcement
was not necessary, steps will be taken to remedy the situation.

You're trolling of false information doesn't help the people that have genuine concerns.

This was during the transition between Case Review and forums back in 2015. But nevertheless, the link was http://enforcement.xbox.com/en-us/policy/contact/.

As far as I know it does not exist anymore but the number still works fine. The reason for this being posted was because during transition between enforcement forums and case review, they needed a way for appeals. If I photoshoped this, I would have put
each contact thing under the other not next to eachother.

If you don't believe me I will be very sad. The number is in fact working and if you call you will see.

OK so like others including myself have said whether that is a good phone number for the enforcement team and maybe at one point during the transition was a way to contact them for a appeals process it is no longer an OFFICIAL way to appeal a suspension

BUT, as stated, I never said it was for appeals, I said it was for info. Freedom of speech is another thing but I won't play American Rights Activist Kid with you. And as far as I know, no one ever asked if they could have an OFFICIAL number.

 

If the number was real, it would be posted. That number is inspect element. I could fudge that in a matter of seconds. Also why did you clone my gamertag?

 

99.99999% of the time the only reason someone wants their number is to find out why they got suspended even in the case review process the XBLPET will not give out specific reasons why an account was suspended
