Xenoverse 2 Save Data Cannot be loaded?? TP Medals Error?

HELLO, I NEED MAJOR HELP!

For about a week now, everytime I try to load my Xenoverse 2 data, I get THIS message.(First Picture.) The next screen after is telling me "The missing TP Medal purchase information is as follows" showing the list of medals that I need in order to play my
sav data. That's the thing though...I never "purchased" TP medals before. All the TP medals I have I EARNED by playing the game doing missions, Parallel Quests, etc. So I checked my DLC Addons and somehow there are the TP Medals that I "purchased". I have
no idea how it got there. But for that, I cannot load my game now. It is saying in order for me to use my save data, I must re-download the add-ons I have "purchased" or to re-buy the necessary TP Medals. I AM NOT going to buy TP medals or deleting my save
data and starting over. I done too much doing that. I tried rebooting the console, reset console, re-installing the game and add-ons, clear local saved games option, remove my
accoount from console and loggin again, trying a different wifi network. I even tried using Ethernet, etc. I still end up to this screen. PLEASE help. Is anybody else having this problem.

The wirdest think is that I can play with no problems in my kid's console.

My brother had this same exact problem last week. He finally caved in and made a new character and played it for a little. And tonight ( a week after that ) we tried to play again from the new character and it gave us the same exact error. He never bought
TP Medals and such and I am able to play my file just fine.

Bondai doesn t seem to have any kind of answer for us either.

Anyone else have this problem with an actual situation?

Hi Dj,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. You would need to get with the developer of the game Bandai Namco. As there is a discrepancy with your purchases in game. Also make sure you check in my games and apps, highlight the game dragonball 2, hit
menu button go to manage game, and make sure there nothing there under ready to install.

No it did not help, to be more specific it says, "some add-ons can no longer be used because you lost the rights to that content, or that content cannot be found or accessed". It then says, "This save data cannot be used because it's TP Medals purchase information does not match the current TP Medal purchase information". Then it wants me to pay for 24,000 TP Medals. Which equals $172.41 in US currency when I only bought 5000 TP medals.
