    Does anyone know the setting I can change to fix this? DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 "Based on your profile's privacy and online safety settings, the following adjustments will be made to the game"

    - Voice chat will be unavailable
    -your character name will be displayed as "Patroller" to other players
    -other players character names will be displayed as their profile names.

    My settings are adult by default and ive tried logging out and back in and restarting my console to reflect changing my new privacy settings ( i changed that i did not want my real name displayed but changed back since maybe that was why but the same message still appears)

    That's odd that you're seeing Xenoverse 1 instead of Xenoverse 2. If you power cycle your Xbox One, does it still show Xenoverse 2 as purchased in the Xbox Store? Let's get you in contact with
    Phone/Chat support to take a look into this purchasing issue. Let us know how it goes.

    Have had Assassin's Creed Orgins for about a year and never have been able to play it due it not being able to launch. Have reinstalled the game as well as restarted my console.

    I have an Xbox One S and this also occurs w/ Watch Dogs 2. Others games like DragonBall Xenoverse 2 and DBZ Kakarot work just fine.

    There is a problem though, I'm still on the xbox 360... and it's the first xenoverse, not xenoverse 2!
