Xcom 2 and Xbox One Game Streaming

I use Xbox One's game streaming feature to my Windows 10 laptop, and so far it's worked spectacularly on every game I've played -- except for one: Xcom 2. Is this game not compatible? When I start to stream it I'll get to the title screen, I'll be asked
to select my user profile, select 'A' on the controller to begin and then...nothing. I've rebooted everything multiple time and still it doesn't work. Any ideas?

Xcom 2 works fine playing it from my Xbox. Games I have streamed? Let's see, I have streamed Assassin's Creed: Odyssey and Origins; Assassin's Creed Rogue remastered; Wolfenstein II; Red Dead Redemption II; Grand Theft Auto V; Mutant Year Zero; The Evil
Within II; Middle Earth Shadow of Morodor and Shadow of War. Probably lots more.

It works fine played from the console.

I used to play XCOM 2 the same way you did and I had no issues with streaming. The only difference I had was I have automatic sign in on my Xbox because I'm the only person who uses it.

I did play it a while ago and there were a few minor issue such as the achievements were in Chinese or Korean maybe. So there could be an underlying issue with the game itself. Unfortunately I can't try it for you because my Windows 10 computer is out of
action.
