Discus and support xCloud Terms, NDAs, etc. in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I read the terms and they make sense, no streaming/recording etc., but I'm not sure of the bounds of "publicly perform".     xCloud Terms, NDAs, etc.


    I read the terms and they make sense, no streaming/recording etc., but I'm not sure of the bounds of "publicly perform". Can I show it to my siblings and let them play? Can I show it to someone at work? Anyone have any insight?

    I Have been invited Preview Program 6 times now and i still haven't received the invite!

    No enforcenenf action or previous violations of the nda etc

    It depends what terms you are under. Some people are under NDA, while others are given permission.

    You should be aware your in breach of the new NDA rules in the forum guidlines

    Do not breach 'non disclosure agreements' (NDA). If you have agreed to accept the terms and conditions of NDA's then please respect the agreements you have committed to. This goes for any NDA regardless of the publishers. If you have feedback to provide
    then please do so in the relevant domain that may have been provided to you by those who you have entered the NDA with. If you have not been provided with a domain or feedback center then simply withhold any discussion that would breach your Non Disclosure
    Agreement. This also applies to those who are not under NDA, meaning that you are not permitted to create or share information that is confidential to someone else.

    You are supposed to post all issues with the beta in the preview forums as per the nda you signed

    The non disclosure aggreement

    And id read the terms and conditions of rhe beta if i were you there is something in there you should read not nessarily bad but you should read it not concerning the nda but sometimg else
