    Xcloud starts lagging when i activate Bluetooth


    Hello.

    So i have all the requirement to play xcloud on mobile.

    Good internet. wifi 5ghz. xbox one s controller.

    The problem is that when i launch a game with my controller conected, the game starts lagging. But as soon as i desable bluetooth the game work fine and smooth. I reactivate bluetooth and the game starts lagging again.

    What is the problem ? and is there a way to fix it ?

    Also i want to know how to connect my controller with a USB cable and not Bluetooth.

    Hello Dean, although the PS5 controller works on the Xcloud service, this lag may be something specific to the bluetooth of the Sony controller, and unfortunately it is not possible to connect it by cable.

    On the xcloud supported device list, the Windows 10 PCs are required to have a bluetoothe 4.0 support. Mine is a desktop and doesn't have bluetooth at all. Will it prevent xcloud to be operational on my PC ?

    So I found the culprit and xCloud is working perfectly on Google Chrome on desktop. The Private Internet Access extension was the cause. The VPN is off but it is known that the PIA extension stays "active" even when not in use. Once I unchecked "Block WebRTC IP Detection" in the extension xCloud started working perfectly.

    Why does my Xbox controller not work on the cloud gaming on the xbox app on my pc?

    I had the same issue. The controller worked for navigating through Xbox app. but when a Xcloud game is launched, the inputs stopped working. I force stopped Xbox app and unpaired controller and removed it from Bluetooth devices. After reconnecting, the controller is working in Xcloud games. Hopefully it will fix your problem too. And it is for sure that this error is of Xbox app.
