    xCloud - Some buttons on my controller work, most don't.


    My Project Scorpio edition Bluetooth controller only registers the A, B, L3, and R3 buttons once I've launched a game. The firmware is up to date and it works fine on my Xbox One X. I've tried unpairing the controller and re-pairing it midgame to no avail. Anyone have any tips? Is it possible to use a USB-C to micro-USB cable to connect the controller directly to the phone?

    Xcloud on a Windows 10 desktop PC

    You don't need bluetooth, If you cannot connect the controller wirelessly, then connect it with a cable instead. I connect my controller to my PC with a cable, and it works fine with Xcloud.

    Joe, the controller doesn't work for Xcloud, apparently the controller is compatible for when you download the game only.

    And when this button mapping error occurs in xcloud, you will be able to edit again only if you download the game on the PC or console platform.

    So anyway, I advise you to download the game to be able to edit the buttons again, and possibly use the controller.

    Why would I request a repair for my controller? It works perfectly fine for all but xCloud. This issue is specific to xCloud.

    I like the idea of supporting Keyboard and Mouse for the android OS. Have you tried using a controller? I have found that most games work great with the controller on android/Xcloud.
