    Goodmorning everyone!
    I'm new to the forum. I own xbox one x. Pleased to be with you to share our passion. I really like cloud gaming technology and believe in it a lot, and I am pleased to test it and try it, with the thought of one day that it can be comparable in performance to current consoles. I tried several cloud gaming services, what I don't understand about xcloud is the reason for the loss of visual quality (pixelization, image refresh from top to bottom, static image mixing) ..

    I play on a 100mbit which goes to 80mbit and other streaming services go perfectly. Then I did a test by changing VPN, putting from Germany. And I don't understand why, but it improves streaming: no pixelizations and flawless quality.

    I play from Italy, the apn was from thunderVpn app to germany.

    See how the situation changes ..

    It is not that from Germany the connection makes turns to get to the streaming servers where it loses less quality .. Why when i connect to the German servers, going from 80mbit to 10-20mbit connection, the streaming improves?

    I await your feedback and hope to have an answer from the xcloud team as well or that this video is sent to help resolve the situation.

    As I said I believe it's just a bug, since xcloud is still in beta stage, what I can suggest you to do is uninstall the vpn, I believe it can solve it. Usually vpn drivers can conflict with your network, try resetting your router too, or reset it.

    Unfortunately I can't answer that. I haven't found any article that points to that so I can't affirm nor deny it.

    If it says your account has been suspended if you are on a VPN, that means you can't use a VPN to access xcloud.
