    Xcloud hasn't fully been released on the console It's coming sometime this holiday. At this time, it's available for some Insiders or you can try going through http://xbox.com/play on Edge on the console.

    Gamepass does not come with xcloud

    Gamepass ultimate does come with cloud but you don't need a console and not all titles are on xcloud

    Xbox Insider program     is used by our customers to test the up and coming updates. This can cause issues with the console due to the operating system being in it's alpha phase. We need to find out if the console is enrolled in the Xbox Insider program. The
    article we provided contains steps on how to check if the console is enrolled in the Xbox Insider program, and how to remove the console from the program. Be sure to let us know the results!
