Xcloud not working properly. Taking too much time to load any game

the xcloud kind of works but hasnt saved any of the server accounts and it lagged enough that we gave up yesterday due to either everything taking a long time to load while in the server or the graphics spaz and turn red or blue. its weird because i never had this issue before with the uni wifi. And again ark is the only game im wanting to play on the xbox so im not bothered about the other two not working. is there a specific error that should be showing up to state this issue though? if there is i can try and have another look for it as the xcloud takes a very long time to even be able to load up anything and doesnt seem to always work on it.

When you're connected to a network connection.

Hi Pedro, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
