    Hello.

    I'm a Game Pass Ultimate Subscriber in Portugal. However, when I open the Game Pass app on my Android, I get a toast notification stating that "The region you're in might have restrictions in cloud gaming" (translated from Portuguese ("a região que você está
    pode ter restrções em jogos de nuvem")).

    It seems like I should be able to use it, though (https://www.xbox.com/pt-PT/xbox-game-pass/cloud-gaming/home).

    Is there anything I can do?

    Hello jambasman,

    You cannot join the program since you are in the Portugal region. Portugal is not an eligible Rewards Region.

    Hello jambasman,

    We see that the account associated with this gamertag is set to the Portugal region with PT billable accounts. Since Portugal is not a valid Rewards region, you can not join the program.

    changing your windows live id will not change the region of your account

    meaning that youi cannot use a denmark creditcard for billing details if your account is in portugal

    if you goto billing.microsoft.com and it says portugal under more info

    then you cannot use a danish address



    you will have to create a danish account if you want to use a danish creditcard

    or stick with portugal prepaid cards
