    Xcloud gaming first impressions; a bit of a "meh"ss


    This is a quick first impression, so please take me with a grain of salt. I understand this is a preview and in early development, but I'd be doing a disservice by just being quiet about it.

    I jumped on the opportunity so that I could have the opportunity to play Fable II on my PC, something that i've had a hankering for since Steam pulled Fable III off the storefront, and Microsoft doesn't seem keen on allowing PC gamers to just buy and download Fable II and III on modern rigs.

    After a few hurdles of getting the app to work, I finally get to sit down and play, and I'm met with compression issues while playing. While I understand the limits of cloud gaming, and it's been quite a while since I played on the Xbox 360, the fact is that the fuzzy compression of the streamed game is *incredibly* distracting. Every few seconds, it blurs or 'wipes' itself, making it hard to remain immersed.

    Makes me regret getting the ultimate subscription and buying to own fable II. Silver lining, I can dust off my 360 console and play it on my TV eventually.

    If you are a racer, then this is a must have. If not put it off a while, it will still be a classic. As for me I ordered from MS store and gotta wait till end of next week to get my copy:( but it's LCE!

    OP @ you have to want this game or you wouldn't have posted in a lame forum like this. You could troll the BO forums. So that not why.

    It's gonna be huge, I hope we get a nice lil community going on here, get some people from FM3 and S2U. Hi Trippul, Stab, fyer. Add me, especially you fyer, lol. I'm a great tuner guys, awesome drifter. I know booooooo on drifting, that's just cause I win
    :p Mean in Drag as well. So is anyone buying from amazon? I want the subaru, I'll trade my honda cr-z ex. I know I'm the odd man out buying from the MS store. I got bargaining power with the honda :) Put a rear wheel drive in the honda and drag and drift it!!!

    Yea, that is not a great way to treat the people who pretty much pay your salary and give you the oppurtunity to make the game..............side note- I hate the "exclusive" content, what about those who have tried to get the Limited Edition but can't because
    they heve all been sold. Not exactly fair.

    Well i respect your desicsion not to get the game right away and why. I been in the same postion with other games. but this demo was great, Especially with a wheel. Played with the fanatec 911 turbo s, And thought it was great. seems better that 3 did
    with the wheel. I cant wait for the new csr elite to come out that will make it even better experience. thats my opinion and take on it.
