Xcloud crashed mid game, then won't let me sign in.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We see you have an issue with settings.

The moment has come finally. With the November update the change should now be implemented to enable the cross play you will need to do the following:

1. Log onto the parent account
   
2. Go to family then manage family members
   
3. Select the child profile
   
4. go to privacy and online safety then Xbox live privacy
   
5. then go to view details and customize-communication and multiplayer
   
6. Then select you can play with people outside of Xbox live and select allow
   
7. to allow them to communicate also select "you can communicate outside Xbox live with voice and text

Getting this error code now for The Witcher 3. Bumped me out mid game and won't let me back in. Just giving me the same error code

i've tried signing in from the 360 guide on several games and it just won't let me. i've tested network connection, all fine. i restarted my internet, i cleared mac address, i deleted stored 360 profiles and data, i even launched the game with xcloud but no matter what i cannot sign in.

That's strange indeed as if your network connection may possibly be blocking the websites.

Try to use a different network connection/Internet Service Provider as part of our troubleshooting steps.

You may try to access your account on your friend's home network on Xbox.com and account.xbox.com.

Yes, that is accurate. It seems I am able to log on to my console.
