    Xcloud Button Mapping issues on Android 6.0.1


    I have seen other users post about this issue, but wondered if anyone could provide some further clarity.

    I was recently accepted into the Xcloud preview, and promptly purchased a new Xbox One S Bluetooth controller to try out the service and provide relevant feedback.

    The controller connects perfectly to Windows 10 and my Xbox One with no issues. I downloaded the latest firmware update for the controller through my Xbox, and attempted to pair the controller to my my Yotaphone 2 running Android 6.0.1.

    Everytime I tried to connect the controller over bluetooth, it appeared almost immediately, however I was always greeted with the following message:

    "couldn't pair with xbox wireless controller because of an incorrect pin or passkey".

    Following other Reddit user advice in similar threads, I was able to bypass this by using the app 'Bluetooth Force Pin Pair'.

    As a result of this, the Xcloud app launches fine, games launch and run very well, however my controller is incorrectly mapped in every game I have tried. The right analogue stick presents as Left trigger and Right trigger, and LB is mapped to the menu button to name a few problems.

    Has anyone else experienced these issues and does anyone know a current workaround?

    Happy to provide any further information and would really appreciate any help. Hoping to try project Xcloud on the Razer phone later today so will see if the same issue presents itself.

    Thanks for the tips but I have tried that many times. I reinstall the app in my Android or delete the cache of my browser and it still does not work. Furthermore, I can play other games via XCloud without any problems. I am not sure but maybe the XCloud team could solve the issue. How can I open a support ticket to XCloud team?

    I like the idea of supporting Keyboard and Mouse for the android OS. Have you tried using a controller? I have found that most games work great with the controller on android/Xcloud.

    Hi Philip. I've tried pluging in regular corded headphones into the phone but still has the same result. The disconnected message apears over my name. The party will stay open on the pull down bar until forced to close. The mute me button is on by default
    and won't change.

    Older versions of the app did work but now i get an error code 10 as soon as i launch the party on both beta and regular.

    Current version i'm using is the Xbox Beta app Version: 1911.1121.1943
