Xcloud and blind accessibility, is it a thing?

Hello everyone,

As the title might suggest I am a blind xbox gamepass ultimate user who wants to play on xcloud for the first time. My question is if accessibility support, such as narrator mode, is available and if in-game accessibility support is available as well. I'll point to a link of "As dusk falls", a game which has accessibility and it is supposed to be on Xcloud so you can have a read if anything is unclear. Even Forza Motorsport 8 is supposed to have blind accessibility, but will Xcloud support all that?

Hi Francesco, thanks for getting back.

No, cloud gaming lets you play cloud-enabled game pass games without the need for your console. Though, its console-based games. Whether you're on a PC or mobile device and you have game pass Ultimate.

On the other hand, remote play lets you access your games on your console remotely so instead of seeing the output on your TV screen, you'll see it on your mobile device, PC or etc (as long as you have the Xbox app installed).

And to answer your question, the accessibility feature would be available in-game settings so it would depend on each game's features.

Thanks for the info link, at this time, there's no option to filter out the games on the cloud that have accessibility features as far as I know, hence, please note that Xbox is doing its best to be able to explore more features to cater all gaming enthusiasts which definitely includes improving their accessibility features.

When you go to xbox.com/play and tap on any game, there's an icon that shows the Accessibility icon and how many features it includes.

Additionally, for the specific Forza Motorsport 8, you might need to wait for them to release any info regarding this in the future. You may also reach out to the game developers here: https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/en-us

Since Xbox cloud gaming is based on the user playing on Xbox consoles on the cloud, am I correct in assuming that, If I wanted to turn on narrator to navigate the xbox menu, for instance,it would be possible?
