    xCloud, accidentally got accepted on the wrong Hotmail Account! :(


    Hey everyone, I went over to Xbox Live Support and they redirected me here as their account specialists said this is where I would get the support I needed. Basically I signed up to xCloud a while ago and got accepted quite quickly, however today when I realised Destiny 2 got released on xCloud I realised I had Cross Saved on Bungie my gaming hotmail account and not my currently connected xCloud account. I was wondering if there is any possible way to get this resolved so my actual gaming Xbox hotmail could be linked to xCloud rather than my other Hotmail?

    Please head over to commerce.microsoft.com to ensure the code was activated on your account. If it was not perhaps you entered the code on the wrong account accidentally.

    If the code was not accepted to your account or you entered it on the wrong account accidentally you should give phone support a call for more assistance. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.

    Sounds like you accidentally created a different account with your hotmail. All you need to do is follow

    these steps     to associate a new email with the account you accidentally created.

    error on "my account", can't access this anymore

    hi there,

    i change the passwords through the hotmail-account-login. it changed it also for the xbox-login, as accepted. i could sing in on the xbox as well as on the hotmail account.

    since the problem with the "my account"-error my amoung of points i made on the xbox while gaming isn't synching wiht the xbox-online-account. meaning, when i log in into live.xbox.com i see a different amount of points.

    and when i tried to enter my first way of paymen on the xbox, it shows the errer: wrong zip-code for your region.

    all those problems started as i used my hotmail-account on the xbox.

    is there a way to completely delete the xbox-account without beeing able to enter the "my account" page?

    yes it would appear to be something to with my email account, used a different account and it worked fine. its an hotmail account that i've had for 12 years, got no idea what could be wrong with it or how i can fix it. Have the support people looking at
    it.
