    XBV and XBM not loading on Xbox 360


    As of a few days ago when I try to launch either Xbox Music or Xbox Video, they don't work. For music it goes to a screen that tells me no items in the list. And for video it only shows a gray screen. I'm signed in. I have rebooted. I'm a Live member.
    Not sure what to do. Any help and/or suggestions welcome.

    If XBM support can't do anything then pretty much, delete.

    Okay. So apparently the key to fixing this was to reactivate my Xbox Live Gold Membership, that's utterly ridiculous since I was using a phone to just PURCHASE a song. I'm not very fond of XBM anymore.

    Disregard. Resolved this by deleting my profile and downloading it again.

    Constant buffering of XBL videos only, no problem w/ video apps

    XBV from my understanding runs on 1080p and only uses that. streaming 1080p is a pretty hardtask for some internet connections to do. I have this same issue. I have a 100mpbs download and still with this issue. there really is no common fix for it.

    I have the same problem. Every time I watch XBV it starts buffering. I think it may be due to the video being played through the system instead of an app. When you run an app like Netflix or Amazon, it takes over the system and plays like a game(using
    the whole of system performance) but XBV runs on top of the dashboard. I may be wrong but that's my theory, I have also tried all of the above tips but it still happens. I've even upgraded my internet from 3mps to 6mps and have noticed no difference in buffering,
    I think that may be just how it is for some of us.
