XboxSeriesX Delta Ring - HDR/LGCX1 Issues

I only get to game about once a week so I didn't experience this issue until I fired up my Xbox last night. The Xbox was extremely slow to boot. So I went ahead and restarted it. Immediately, I had issues with trying to get the Restart/Power off screen to come up. I ended up hard resetting. After the hard reset the Xbox came up very slowly. It took forever to be able to open the menu, my games weren't showing up etc.

Once I finally got everything to load - I fired up Apex Legends. The TV went into HDR mode and immediately I got a green hue to everything. The health bars are white and they were switching from black, to green, to purple etc. as well as the whole screen. I would hit the Xbox guide button and the colors looked normal (I assume this is because the menu isn't HDR). I repeated this process and could reproduce it many times. I went ahead and reported a problem. I tried another HDR game and the issues were still present like I experienced in Apex. Games that were non HDR such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredders Revenge I had no issues with.

LGCX1 is up to date on firmware. I left the Xbox Insiders program and reverted my firmware via USB. Once I completed this HDR games are functioning as normal and I am not experiencing any issues.
