    After the October update I have been unable to connect to my home internet but can connect to mobile hotspot. I keep getting the error code 0x0000000000000100. Not sure what to do.

    I can suggest some potential solutions, please try the ones you didn’t know:

    1. Open settings on your console > select network configuration > advanced configuration > DNS configuration > select manual.
    Insert this IP address ******* and then this other one 1.0.0.1.

    Restart your console before trying again.

    Note: You may want to try with 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as well.

    2. Perform a factory reset on your console by going to Settings > System > Console info > reset > choose “Keep my games and apps”.

    3. Perform an offline update on your Xbox.
    This last one can take a while because you need to download some files and transfer them to a USB drive.

    I have the xbox series s. I'm in the U.S. and I don't think I part of the program. And I've tries factory resetting my xbox and resetting the router.
