Xboxone,Elite Controller

I am on my second elite controller , and this one has got the same problem as my first one .

The back grips have come away..

These controllers are not cheap ..

I was expecting better quality for the price!

controller grip.falling off.

i got the xboxone elite on the day it first came out and it came with an elite controller and now the controllers grips are falling off . I've put tape on it to hold the grips on.and is not comfortable.so i was wondering if i can get a replacement.i still
have receipt for xbox elite.

I chose the Elite controller, im not a fan of any of the M$ exclusives, the only one I like is Tomb Raider. And I never liked Fallout games, Gears of War 4 was disappointing, look the exact same of the rest of them. The reason I got an XboxONE was mostly because of the controller and XboxLIVE which I love. I also want a 1TB XboxONE also.

 

Ive had 4 all 4 have done the same. If you are still in warranty period this is cover for free replacement

 

Yes it's under warranty , but I need to contact Microsoft about, this as told by the retailer ?

 

That's correct you will need to contact xbox support to arrange the replacement service

 

Hopefully your replacement lasts longer.
