    Xboxone Blu-ray


    Hi, I have a problem with the xbox one's blu ray drive.

    When I try to play a disk i can't hear the audio. It happens not with all the dvd but with some of them. Anyway the audio (when there is) is always low.

    Anyone can help me?

    the xboxone is not region locked ms already said this blu ray discs aint either

    Blu-ray player on XBox One X won't play 4K/HDR movies

    I have the same issue.

    Disabling the setting: Settings-> Disc & Blu-ray-> Blu-ray-> Let receiver decode audio, fixed the issue on the majority of my 4k Blu-rays.

    However Fifth Element still will not work, exact issue as you described.

    I am using an LG OLED 65 C7P, and LG sk10y sound-bar for Atmos (using HDMI ARC, as required), (all on latest firmware/software).

    I have read other articles stating these issues are patched on the XboxOne, but I am on latest software version and still experience these issues.

    Curious if anyone else is still experiencing this issue

    The blu ray is from red box (so its new), my blu rays 007:QoS and Inception (older blu rays) work fine.
