XboxOne: anúncios no Edge que não consigo fechar [XboxOne: Ads on Edge that I can't close]

Quando estou a ver um filme pelo Microsoft Edge na Xbox one por vezes abre-se um anúncio que eu nao faço ideia onde se encontra, não tem qualquer janela, apenas se ouve o Audio e nao consigo de maneira nenhuma fecha-lo. Acabo sempre por retroceder e voltar
a entrar outra vez na mesma página que eu quero e se o anuncio voltar a abrir as vezes acabo mesmo por desistir e pronto.

Será que alguém me pode ajudar?��

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to avoid these difficult to deal with tabs from coming up in the application. I can definitely understand how this could be pretty frustrating at times. It's important to note that the console is not
meant to be an equivalent to a PC, and is unable to block certain pop-ups that may be triggered to open while visiting other certain sites. For information on how to get rid of these kinds of tabs, you can always review the information provided on our support

When I'm watching a movie from Microsoft Edge on Xbox one, sometimes an ad opens that I have no idea where it is, has no window, just listens to Audio and can't close it at all.
I always go back and back again on the same page I want and if the ad opens again sometimes I even give up and that's it.

Hi there,

I'm assuming it will create a new Tab in Edge, I don't think it's something the app or console can control/prevent, since it's most likely done by the website you are visiting.

Microsoft Edge is designed to not use plug-ins, so Flash cannot be installed.
